Leading housing provider turns to Idox to build stronger funding foundations
Orbit Group – one of the UK’s largest housing providers with a portfolio of 42,000 households in England – has signed a new three-year deal with Idox for their funding and information service GRANTfinder, in a bid to drive funding opportunities for local communities across the country.
As a browser-based funding service, GRANTfinder offers real-time funding and policy content. The Orbit Group will have around-the-clock access to the GRANTfinder and POLICYfinder platforms. Combined, the funding solutions will support the team’s vision of encouraging inward investment in areas such as Employment, Health & Wellbeing and Poverty, as well as helping to increase community engagement and encourage sustainable growth.
Simon Lieberman, Investment and Commissioning Manager for Orbit Group, commented:
“Orbit invests its profits to lead in building thriving communities. A key part of our strategy to achieve this is increasing the inward investment into our neighbourhoods and community investment services to customers. The Idox funding and information service will enable us to identify policy trends and future needs as well as attract external funding so that we make our own money stretch further and achieve more outcomes for more people.”
