Mid Kent Improvement Partnership completes five-year Idox contract renewal
Mid Kent Improvement Partnership (MKIP) has confirmed a fresh five-year software and services agreement with Idox, designed to continue to support efficient local authority operations.
MKIP – a partnership between Maidstone Borough Council, Swale Borough Council and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council – will benefit from Idox’s proven back office software Uniform, document management, annual consultancy for system upgrades, as well as the Idox Data Management Tool which facilitates effective data management in line with GDPR.
The suite of services combined will offer speed and productivity savings, while supporting the Partnership’s workflows and processes to ensure an enhanced service to citizens across the mid-Kent region.
