Idox customers embrace virtual training and consultancy services

The way we work has changed and at Idox we are rapidly adapting to our customer’s growing needs. With the shift to deliver services virtually, we have swapped the classroom with online forums to provide our training courses and consultancy sessions. Delegates can get involved from the comfort of their own homes and without office distractions, these sessions will enable local authorities to continue with business as usual for the provision of citizen services.

Delivered via flexible online webinar and conferencing tools, training and consultancy sessions are tailored to suit individual customer requirements with fully personalised content. The sessions can be delivered to groups of 6 – 8 people to ensure focus and full participation from attendees.

Idox customers are already reaping the benefits of these new online services. Here’s what they had to say….

“We really enjoyed the Access course, the content was great and relevant. We would have no problem having further training via video link or otherwise. The delivery via skype was excellent and enabled us to be very focused.”

“The completion of the audit remotely went smoothly and meant that there was no delay, due to current working circumstances, to the work we need to carry out. The use of Microsoft teams enabled remote access and the ability for the audit to ‘feel’ as if you were in the same room.
I do not feel that the audit experience was reduced in any way through being remote and in some ways was easier as I was more actively engaged in the process than had I been simply watching on another monitor.”
