Idox’s workflow management capability provides powerful task management tools that enable the rapid visual assessment of individual workloads. It delivers accuracy and transparency fast, simplifying workload management with an embedded, streamlined system.

Our task tool provides managers with a clear overview of both team and individual case officer workloads. Individual officers are able to better understand and deal with their priorities – and the impact of not doing so – via the provision of early warnings. The solution sets out active tasks for each individual user with a visually engaging, colour-coded traffic light system and quick hyperlink access to the related case.

Configurable to reflect the way you work now, or plan to work in the future, tasks can be allocated automatically or selected from a list. Unlike most workflow systems, which aim to model every move and are often impossible to maintain, it’s straightforward and easy to use.
