Idox welcomes Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to CAFM Explorer®
Idox is pleased to announce that Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has selected our industry-leading CAFM Explorer® solution to support the effective management of its property and asset data. Following a competitive tender process, the Trust procured the solution via the G-Cloud framework, underlining their commitment to value, transparency, and adopting best-in-class technologies.
As part of its ongoing focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency, the Trust will use CAFM Explorer® to streamline core facilities management functions. This includes delivering effective planned preventative maintenance, maintaining a comprehensive asset register, optimising space management, and leveraging CAFM Analytics for enhanced reporting. By consolidating estate data into a single, centralised system, CAFM Explorer® will provide greater visibility, support compliance, and enable more informed decision-making.
James McCabe, Principal Project Manager at CWH NHS Trust, said: “We are really pleased to be implementing a new CAFM system in collaboration with Idox.
We see CAFM Explorer® as an exciting step forward for the Trust to take control of its own data. It will help us intelligently manage our assets, ensure regulatory compliance and allow us to optimise the delivery of our services.”
“We’re thrilled to support Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in delivering a modern, data-driven approach to estate and asset management,” said Laurence Rowe, New Business Sales Manager for CAFM at Idox. “Their selection of CAFM Explorer® through a formal tender and G-Cloud procurement process is a strong endorsement of the solution’s capabilities. We’re also pleased to be working with Chad Coombes and the team at Sircle, the Trust’s preferred partner for asset and measured survey data collection, to ensure an accurate dataset is created for use within CAFM Explorer®’’
We see CAFM Explorer® as an exciting step forward for the Trust to take control of its own data. It will help us intelligently manage our assets, ensure regulatory compliance and allow us to optimise the delivery of our services.
