St Helens Council adopts Idox Cloud to transform services

St Helens Borough Council has selected Idox Cloud to modernise its Housing and Regulatory Services, following a direct award via the VAS framework.

The Council has invested in a comprehensive suite of Idox solutions, including the back-office system, mobile applications and a customer portal. The new cloud-based platform will support end-to-end case management and provide improved digital access for residents, applicants and stakeholders, helping to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery.

Key to the decision was the system’s ease of use and its established presence across the local government market, with the platform already live in several authorities. The Council was particularly attracted to the intuitive user experience for both internal teams and external users, as well as the confidence that comes from adopting a proven and widely adopted solution.
