Across national and local government the need exists to find new ways of delivering services better, more economically. Every organisation is seeking ways of delivery transformation by embracing the power of digital technology. However, the challenges posed by COVID-19 have enforced rapid change on a scale never envisaged as possible before. New techniques, which were previously only discussed in theory, have been embraced as organisations have embraced the power of technology and reassessed how they operate.
