The role of Business Finance Partner is a dynamic role, working for Idox Plc, an AIM listed company and an integral part of our Group Finance team, based in Glasgow city centre. 

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, the Business Finance Partner will have a leadership role in partnering the business providing financial support and improving financial literacy to the business.

In particular, we would like to hear from qualified Accountants with experience which includes: Reporting for a listed company, M&A, Change and transformation, Risk management. In addition you should have practical experience working with Executives on initiatives for improving business unit performance.

The Customer Support team provides technical assistance for Opidis across our SaaS and Enterprise products. Reporting to the Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing telephone, email and online based customer support and assisting in the implementation of projects and training for our customers, who are mainly in capital intensive industries such as Energy, Utilities, Architecture or Engineering.

As a Product Specialist you will come to know every detail about a given product or product set. You will be involved in the entire product life cycle - from conception through design and build and release, and on to sales and maintenance. You will work across the business with Sales, Development, Support and Delivery teams, and with a cross section of the customer base, to achieve this goal.

The Field Engineer will be based in a depot in the Bristol/Bath area and will be responsible for the delivery of engineering and maintenance services across the Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire areas.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy and will suit a self-starter wanting responsibility including liaising directly with customers and being empowered to solve problems, create and change processes for the good of the business.

Of paramount importance will be the adherence to, and the management of H&S requirements across the depot, the team and the engineering works done from there.

As well as normal working hours, a rota will be in place for emergency out of hours cover and the post holder will be expected to participate in this.
