Idox is an established supplier of electoral software to local authorities in Great Britain. Almost one third of voters in the UK is registered to vote with local authorities that use Idox Elections software. We envision our software cornering the market on usability and efficiency in the near future.

We are looking for two talented Macedonia based software developers, to work collaboratively with our UK-based Development team to create solutions which will help us to deliver on our vision.

These two hires are the beginning of a planned offshore team to be based in Macedonia, joining our established office in Skopje. Further software engineers will be added to match growth in demand for electoral services.

The post holder will work closely with members of the Idox Executive. You’ll work alongside many experienced Managers within the business, including the Head of Project Management, and have direct contact with our key clients. You will have oversight of an extended team in the UK and off-shore. You will be joining a fast-paced and ever-changing corporate environment.

We are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller, to take ownership of a portfolio of accounts (mostly public sector customers). As part of the role, you will also assist with daily bank postings and reconciliations.

The role will include full sales cycles of activity, undertaking initial background research and prospecting, meeting prospective clients and working with clients consultatively to close sales and build long-term client accounts. You’ll be joining an ambitious business, with an international outlook and will be expected to build growth with business customers based on a combination of new business and ongoing account management of the contracts you secure. 

The role sits within our Enterprise team, a multi-functional team working with sectors of significant strategic importance to the business.  

The role will either be home-based or, if practical, based from an Idox office (e.g. Goor) within an appointed territory with regular travel required for face-to-face client meetings.  We are seeking an individual currently residing in Netherlands or Spain.
