Afin de renforcer notre équipe Opérations, nous recherchons le plus rapidement possible un(e) Chef de projet Formations en ligne à la conformité (h/f) à plein temps.
Vos responsibilities:
Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous serez responsable de la planification et de la mise en oeuvre de projets de formation en ligne à la conformité. Vous garantissez un conseil à la clientèle compétent, configurez des solutions et accompagnez la mise en oeuvre et l’exploitation de ces solutions. Vous êtes l’interlocuteur des clients pour les questions opérationnelles, coordonnez les différents corps de métier et assurez un contrôle continu des projets. Vous vous assurez ainsi que les prestations sont fournies à temps, dans la limite du budget fixé et conformément aux critères de qualité définis.
Votre Profil:
• Diplômé(e) d’études supérieures
• Très bon esprit d’équipe et expérience solide en gestion de projets
• Connaissances de base en matière de conformité
• Connaissances de base en informatique et disposition à se familiariser avec les outils informatiques de l’entreprise
• Conscience élevée des coûts et de la qualité
• Sens de la communication et bonne capacité de présentation
• Expérience solide dans l’utilisation des plateformes Web et la gestion de contenu
• Très bon niveau d’anglais ; un très bon niveau en français est également un avantage

The role of Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the uptake of Idox Health products and services for committed customers wanting to get the best return on investment in our software and solutions.

An Implementation Specialist will guide the customer around the features and benefits of their solution, and be responsible for seeing that queries are resolved, schedules are met (hand in hand with Project Manager) and that the customers will get a flying start with our products, through careful preparation and training. In particular, you will be supporting iFit (Intelligent File and Inventory Tracking) and iRecords.

The role of the Team Leader - Project Management Office is to manage a small team efficiently to deliver a high volume of straightforward projects, to maximise a throughput of revenues.

We are looking for an experienced PMO professional to provide leadership in prioritising workload, allocating work to team members, dealing with reactive requests and being proactive in your approach to the benefit of the business.

The PMO lead ensures projects are completed on time and to budget, and maximises profit through cost reductions. You will also need to develop project financial plans and ensure positive cash flow. This includes coordination of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. For the purpose of the Maternity Cover contract, we will also ask the interim PMO Lead to run a knowledge capture initiative to improve processes and expertise within the team as a whole, and enrich our resources.

The successful candidate should be available to start on or before 1st February 2019.

Writing for a variety of different audiences, your work will be published to a range of professional websites and associated newsletters which focus on funding opportunities across the UK. You can be based in our Glasgow office, or be home-based, with occasional visits to Idox offices and attendance at Content team working days.

This is a role which might suit someone with an interest in Funding information and experience in content management, curation, or information management. You’ll need to be able to follow themes and reader interests, research emerging news items and be able to summarise and abstract succinctly for databases and news channels.

The role of the Project Manager is to maximise predictable revenues by planning, executing, and finalising customer delivery projects according to deadlines and budgets. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan.
