As members of the Service Desk team, our Analysts provide high quality advice and assistance to assure a first class service for our customers. The work is fulfilling; Analysts take full ownership of support requests, fully investigating and effectively progressing a request to the point of satisfactory resolution.

Idox is looking to hire an Analyst to support customers using a range of DMS (document management) and Public Access systems. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in handling Local Authority software applications related to Planning and Building Control and/or Environmental Heath. User experience with Idox software products Uniform and TLC would be ideal, as would some technical understanding.

To apply, candidates should be confident in communicating complex issues simply, and be methodical in ensuring that progress is made until resolution is achieved. All requests must be accurately logged and our customer services fully compliant with operational processes and procedures to ITIL standards.

This role is ideal for someone with experience working in the Public Sector, who would like to turn their hands-on experience into a career with Idox in customer support.

Idox is recruiting additional Account Executives to complement its already successful client relationship and commercial teams working with our Public Sector customers. We are looking to hire people with the drive and ambition to support the development of long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.

The Account Executive’s role is to support field-based Account Managers, to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, to develop new business from existing clients and to run outbound structured campaigns. This is an office-based role, selling and promoting products via telephone calls, emails and social media. Typically, you would be selling and promoting products and services as additional modules, consultancy and renewals for our public sector software portfolio.

Account Executives will be involved in capturing new opportunities, forward planning, customer awareness campaigns and the provision of timely and reliable management information to support Idox business strategy, goals and objectives. You will be representing the whole range of our solutions to new and existing customers and will be encouraged to bring insights and intelligence back to the Group.

Idox will provide the mentoring and development you need to succeed as a member of our team, so that you can apply your existing expertise to support our clients. An experienced Account Executive has the potential to rise through the career structure at Idox to full account management responsibilities or development as a specialist new business sales professional.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Engineering Information Management business, as a client facing technical consultant and client relationship manager.

The post holder will provide pre-sales technical support during sales engagements with new prospects or existing customers and bring their expertise to find the optimal solutions for client and for Idox.

This role will mainly support customers in the DACH region, Benelux and Scandinavia, and could be located in Germany (Berlin area preferred) or the UK, with planned travel.

The ideal candidate will have enjoyed some success in pre-sales but want to build on their experience and see a pathway to growing their professional experience and earnings capability. Idox Group Public Sector Software, Customer Support desks

Flexible start date.

This is an opportunity for a motivated person to take up an Apprenticeship with Idox. We are an AIM listed plc who specialise in software and services for the public sector, particularly Local Government.

Successful Apprentices will be joining our ITIL accredited Customer Support Desk teams, and training to become a 2nd Tier Support Analyst.

Our analysts provide high quality advice and assistance to ensure a first class service for our customers. 

Each Apprentice will be mentored by one of our experienced Support Desk Managers and will be trained in the diagnosis and solution of customer queries, which arise from a range of software applications. These are tools and solutions our Local Government customers rely on to manage public facing services smoothly.

Appointed Apprentices will also be supported by our Training and Apprenticeship Partners. They will commit to a fixed term contract, learning plan and accreditation schedule.

This opportunity would suit someone who can demonstrate an interest in IT Services and good business practise. To apply, you should have an aptitude for use of technology and be motivated to build a career in Customer Support. Along with these attributes, we hope you will bring:

·        Flexibility, with the ability to learn, share and work as part of a team
