Theale office: Apprenticeship opportunities x3
Idox Group Public Sector Software, Customer Support desks
Flexible start date.
This is an opportunity for a motivated person to take up an Apprenticeship with Idox. We are an AIM listed plc who specialise in software and services for the public sector, particularly Local Government.
Successful Apprentices will be joining our ITIL accredited Customer Support Desk teams, and training to become a 2nd Tier Support Analyst.
Our analysts provide high quality advice and assistance to ensure a first class service for our customers.
Each Apprentice will be mentored by one of our experienced Support Desk Managers and will be trained in the diagnosis and solution of customer queries, which arise from a range of software applications. These are tools and solutions our Local Government customers rely on to manage public facing services smoothly.
Appointed Apprentices will also be supported by our Training and Apprenticeship Partners. They will commit to a fixed term contract, learning plan and accreditation schedule.
This opportunity would suit someone who can demonstrate an interest in IT Services and good business practise. To apply, you should have an aptitude for use of technology and be motivated to build a career in Customer Support. Along with these attributes, we hope you will bring:

· Flexibility, with the ability to learn, share and work as part of a team
· Attention to detail, both verbal and written
· Good time management skills
Interested potential Apprentices should be 18 or over and live within easy reach of our Theale office.
