Idox Elevate

Building gender equality throughout Idox

At the end of 2020, Idox Elevate was established with the overall goal of achieving greater gender diversity within Idox. As a Idox plc board sponsored initiative, the team provide insight and advocate for positive change within Idox in terms of creating more gender equality.

Idox Elevate work closely with the People@Idox and Talent Acquisition teams to promote flexible working, ensuring there is quality in representation of interview panels and educating colleagues. With a programme of work also designed to educate and raise awareness of the issues facing women Elevate provide necessary conversation pieces for our teams as well as challenging standards within STEM and specifically the technology sector.

Workplace Wellbeing

Caring for the physical and mental health of our colleagues

The Idox Workplace Wellbeing team, made up of employees across the business and Mental Health First Aiders, provide monthly broadcasts to our colleagues aimed at educating and raising awareness of issues each of our employees may face during their life at Idox.

Each month, the team alongside some external speakers deal with difficult topics such as dealing with loss and trauma response, through to happiness and copings strategies at our monthly Live Q&A. Alongside our UNUM Lifeworks programme, offering free counselling services to colleagues, we recognise how essential it is to care for the mental wellbeing of our teams.

Idox Voice

Creating community and representing our people

Idox Voice is made up of employees from across the Idox group, focused on improving and shaping the culture in our everyday working life. They help build a positive culture at Idox and make it a great place to work. The initiative gives employees a platform to influence decision making and provide an inclusive space where we can bring solutions to improve life at Idox.

The team recognise and create inclusion amongst our teams, bringing people together for social events and celebrations, whether that’s celebrating Employee Appreciation Day or bringing our teams together for a walking challenge.
