Director Shareholding

Idox announces that, on 26 November 2015, it received notification from Laurence Vaughan, Chairman of Idox, that he purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Group (“Ordinary Shares”) at 42.5 pence per share on 15 October 2015 and a further 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 42.5 pence per share on 16 October 2015. The purchase was made through Laurence Vaughan’s Self-Invested Pension Plan (“SIPP”). Notification was delayed due to an administrative error.

Following these purchases, Laurence Vaughan is interested in 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the Group’s total voting rights.
