Idox milestone for HM Land Registry API integration

Idox is pleased to announce that more than 100 Total Land Charges (TLC) sites are now live with its Application Programming Interface (API) integration to HM Land Registry (HMLR).

Since partnering with HMLR in 2018 to support the rollout of the national Local Land Charges (LLC) Register, Idox has helped local authorities transfer LLC data to the national register as part of HMLR’s ambitious digital transformation programme.

The API integration enables automatic synchronisation of LLC data between local authorities and HMLR’s national register, reducing manual processes and making LLC data easier to access, faster to retrieve and more cost-effective for property buyers, conveyancers and local authorities alike.

This is a significant government digital transformation initiative that modernises how LLC data is maintained and shared across England and Wales.
