Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, announces that Richard Kellett-Clarke, a Non-Executive Director, has made a transfer of ordinary shares of 1 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”) to his spouse.

On 3 February 2017 it was announced that Richard Kellett-Clarke had exercised options over 823,922 Ordinary Shares, selling 165,433 to satisfy his tax liability and retaining 658,489 Ordinary Shares. Mr Kellett-Clarke has now transferred those 658,489 Ordinary Shares to his spouse.
