Larry Morgan is a long‑serving, highly respected member of the Caspar team, with over 35 years’ experience working alongside the public sector.

Larry has been involved in the development and evolution of the Caspar software since its early stages, helping shape what is now the market‑leading cloud‑based finance and case management system for deputyship and appointeeship services. He has worked directly with local authorities and legal teams across the UK to ensure the system reflects real operational, governance and compliance needs.

With informed knowledge of the practical pressures facing deputyship services, Larry combines detailed system knowledge with an understanding of the audit, reporting and service delivery challenges faced by our customers.

His insights and lessons learned from his long tenure provide valuable perspectives on customer retention, product innovation, and the importance of listening to customer needs.
