The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust selects CAFM Explorer from Idox
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has selected CAFM Explorer from Idox under a new three-year agreement to support the management of its estate and asset information, helping to improve visibility, compliance and operational efficiency across its facilities management operations.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides acute and emergency healthcare services to a population of more than 350,000 people across the London Borough of Hillingdon and surrounding areas. Managing a complex healthcare estate requires accurate, up-to-date information about buildings, assets, maintenance programmes and compliance activities to support both operational performance and patient care.
CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) software helps estates and facilities teams manage assets, plan and record maintenance, monitor compliance, respond to reactive tasks and gain visibility of estate performance through centralised data and reporting.

Through the new agreement, The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will implement CAFM Explorer to support a range of facilities management functions, including planned preventative maintenance, reactive task management, asset management and reporting.
