Next-Gen EHC Management

Preparing for ISPs & the 2026 SEND Reforms
Thursday, 11 June, 12:00pm to 12:45pm

Who should attend:

Leaders within children and families services, education and SEND.

Overview:

This session explores what proposed SEND reforms could mean in practice and how Local Authorities can start preparing now.

With demand continuing to rise and pressure on the 20-week timeline, we’ll look at how teams are managing today and what may need to change if Individual Support Plans (ISPs) are introduced.

What we’ll cover:

  • What’s being proposed under SEND reform, including potential shifts from widespread EHCP usage towards tiered support and ISPs.
  • How EHC Hub supports day-to-day case management and multi-agency working.
  • How cloud-based platforms like EHC Hub can help LAs prepare for and adapt to potential reforms.
  • A Local Authority perspective on improving visibility and coordination.
  • Practical steps to prepare for a possible shift towards ISPs.

There will also be time for questions at the end.

“Improving people’s lives through software is a genuine challenge and a thrill when we get it right. The key is developing it with the people who use it, not developing for them alone.”
