Meet the team

In each addition we will be introducing you to a member of the CAFM team, this month please meet Jo O’Malley, our fabulous Account Manager.

“I joined the business 17 years ago and have been a CAFM Explorer Account Manager for 11 years.

Working with customers to ensure that the CAFM Explorer functionality is fully utilised is a key part of my role, and I enjoy collaborating with internal and customer project teams to achieve this.

Regular communication with my customers is very important to me, although since the pandemic a lot of this has been via Teams, and the occasional on-screen interruption from my dog Bono 😊 However, now that I am back on the road, I am looking forward to meeting with you face to face again to see how I can assist you further. Please contact me to arrange a meeting” [email protected]
