Carmarthenshire County Council have selected Idox Cloud for Public Protection, along with the Citizen Portal and mobile apps. This implementation represents further consolidation of Environmental Health in Wales, adding to the growing number of Welsh local authorities now adopting Idox Cloud Public Protection to support and streamline their environmental health services.

Torbay Council has successfully migrated its LLPG and LSG to iManage Cloud, removing network barriers, supporting SWISCo’s expanding responsibilities, and ensuring its location data is always up to date. The move delivers faster updates, smoother editing, stronger integration with customer services, and reduced pressure on local infrastructure.

With agile updates, improved usability, and expert support throughout, Torbay is now better equipped to manage essential address and street data and deliver improved digital services for residents.

Idox’s Shapefile Publisher is a user-friendly tool for publishing and managing shapefiles in UniMap Web. It’s designed for non-technical users, streamlining map layer conversion and enhancing the use of spatial data.
