Marketing Manager, Idox Assets (Available immediately)

At Idox, the role of Marketing Manager is about understanding the needs of customers and building awareness of how our software solutions and services can meet their needs and enable them to do more. The Assets Division is an important area for growth within Idox and we’re looking for an individual with skills in creating and delivering effective demand generation activity to support a pipeline of quality leads across each of the business units within this division. You will be supporting business units in Engineering Document Management, Facilities Management and Healthcare tracking solutions.

In particular, we are looking for a marketing manager with an international outlook, who has experience in demand generation activity across North America, Middle East and European regions for software organisations. Experience should include both direct marketing and marketing via regional agencies and business partners.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, your activities will align with divisional targets and objectives, whilst staying true to the mission, vision and brand at Idox. You will be responsible for the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns that achieve brand awareness and deliver high quality sales leads in support of new business. You will also have the opportunity to review, analyse and refine current activities and bring innovative ideas to support ongoing growth.

This role will work closely with sales and product teams to identify new lead generation activities, launch new products, and deliver marketing plans. You will work closely with internal PR, content and digital marketing teams, as well as external creative and media agencies to deliver high quality content for effective delivery across social media, paid media, email, events and webinars. You will also be responsible for briefing and managing effective SEO, SEM and SEA and website content as part of campaign management.

You’ll be involved in identifying new opportunities, forward planning, customer awareness campaigns and the provision of timely and reliable management information to support Idox business strategy, goals, and objectives. Idox will provide the mentoring and development to help you succeed as a member of our team.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with relevant expertise to draw on, who has previously planned and run marketing activities across multiple markets and regions. If you have business ready language skills in German, French or Polish, this would be also very useful in making your mark (but not essential). This post is available immediately.
