Lead Consultant, PreSales

We are looking to hire an experienced PreSales professional with the drive and ambition to support our public sector team to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. As a PreSales Consultant, you will support an already successful client relationship model, provide insight to commercial teams and qualify the interests of our Public Sector and corporate customers. This role is key to our Sales operations.

A PreSales Consultant is responsible for demonstrating our solutions to new business prospects, existing customers and internal account managers, and also for gathering feedback from the customers, to make sure that their perspective and intentions are noted and taken into account, so no important detail is missed. Naturally, you will make sure that our software is shown in the most positive light. In doing so, you will be supporting the sales cycle by explaining the benefits and advantages of using Idox software. You’ll need to understand our clients’ point of view and be able to talk about the finesse of good design and explain the returns on investment from choosing our software.

We are looking for a PreSales Consultant with leadership qualities, able to develop this role into a team management position over time. To be successful, you’ll need to back your client conversations with focused research on their positioning, priorities and goals, to make sure that our products as presented meet those client goals properly. Our clients expect you to inform and influence decision making from a point of expertise and clear communication.

In addition to your direct client work, you’ll be involved in capturing new opportunities, forward planning, customer awareness campaigns and the provision of timely and reliable management information to support Idox business strategy, goals and objectives. You will be representing the whole range of our solutions to new and existing customers and will be encouraged to bring insights and intelligence back to the Group.
