2nd Tier Service Desk Analyst

This is an outstanding opportunity to join Idox as a member of the Service Desk team providing technical support, serving national and international clients for our front-end computer aided facilities management application (CAFM).

We are looking for a talented Support Analyst, eager to train on and learn all about the technical and networking aspects of our CAFM product, as well as develop your client facing consulting skills. From day one, you will be coached on all aspects of consultative Customer Support and troubleshooting. With Idox, you will learn to diagnose User challenges and you will be encouraged to stretch yourself professionally until you are confident in providing high quality advice and support to assure a first-class service for our customers.

As a CAFM 2nd Tier Service Desk Analyst, you’ll succeed by taking full ownership of support requests, fully investigating, and effectively progressing the call to the point of satisfactory resolution and keeping all parties up to date on progress ensuring that all call records are accurately logged and fully completed with adherence to operational best practise. In addition to this, you’ll be assisting with Knowledge transfer by creating and updating on-line product help, technical/user guides, email templates and knowledge bases, as required. As you gain experience, you will also assist in testing new product releases and updates for quality assurance and to ensure compliance.
