This is a superb opportunity for an innovative experienced business leader with human resources experience to take up an Interim role with Idox as ‘Head of People’. This is to provide maternity cover for 14 months starting 1 November 2021, at Group level. You will work alongside the Executive Management team and will be accountable for the performance of the People function overall.
The People@Idox team brings together a group of professionals with experience in People Advisory services, Communications, Compensations and Benefits, Compliance and Employment Law, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Wellbeing and also Recruitment and Talent acquisition functions.
We provide guidance to the business on all People related issues, providing analysis, research and support as required, and providing training to Managers on key topics and best practise.
The Head of People will have group-wide responsibility for all the People functions over the course of the contract, taking up a programme of work, aligned to Idox strategy. In particular, this includes the execution of an ambitious growth plan for the next 12 -24 months, building teams throughout the business, in the UK and in Pune India. To achieve this, you’ll need to establish relationships and trust quickly, working collaboratively with leaders on hiring, capacity and workforce planning. You’ll drive projects across the business working on communications, cohesion and improvement, with special attention to issues of culture, diversity and balance.
The challenge is to lead and support an established People team, as well as develop new dynamics as we address and accelerate our plans for growth. To achieve our goals, you must work well with colleagues in Leadership, Sales, Product Delivery and Finance as well as close colleagues within our Corporate Services function.
