An excellent opportunity has arisen to recruit a Credit Control Supervisor to join our busy finance team.
As Credit Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to day management a small credit control team to maximise cash collections in accordance with our Group credit control policy and procedures. We are looking for candidates with previous credit control experience and the experience and ability to lead, mentor and motivate a busy team with a varied workload. The role will suit a calm, motivated professional individual with strong communication skills as part of this role will include working closely with business operational contacts. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
Reporting directly to the Transactional Cash Manager, you will need strong organisational and time management skills, working closely together to identify process improvements and automation of processes using our ERP system (Agresso). Excellent attention to detail is key.
The role will initially be home based, however will be based in our central Glasgow office when government restrictions are lifted. There will be a possibility for ongoing partial working from home options subject to line manager approval and ongoing commitments.
This position would suit an individual who is either working in a similar role or looking to develop their career within credit control. You’ll need to be a flexible and self-motivated team member to ensure departmental reporting deadlines are met and the team is happy.
