This is a superb opportunity for a Corporate Finance Associate to play a central role with the Head of Finance to source, progress and close acquisitions, to advance the Group’s ongoing corporate strategy. You will also be involved in a number of corporate simplification initiatives and will take the lead on a number of other projects.
Pivotal to the team, you will be working closely with a range of external stakeholders, board members and the senior executive team. You’ll need to be a confident communicator, with the ability to assimilate competing agendas, execute actions plans and apply due diligence to advance Idox’s corporate goals.
We are looking for a Finance Associate (Qualified Accountant), with experience in M&A transactions, and related analysis, financial modelling and planning. You will need a meticulous attention to detail, diplomacy, drive and skill to bring together all necessary elements to achieve successful outcomes.
