Account Manager, Lilie ( Sexual Health EPR )
Idox is recruiting an Account Manager within the Communities Division, to focus on the Lilie Sexual Health product and market. We hire people with experience of the public sector to take responsibility for building long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
The Account Manager’s role is to both win new customers and manage a base of existing customers, developing incremental business.
Our Lilie software enables Genito-Urinary Medicine clinicians to manage secure testing for sexually transmitted diseases, including patients infected with HIV, across many NHS clinics. It provides the ability to manage patients with long-term conditions through clear dashboards with an ‘at a glance’ view of the CD4/Viral load based on medical events and attendance-based consultation. This can result in improved, more timely prescribing and clinical management.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating significant revenue streams from existing customers and complementing this with new name business delivery. Account management cultivates an existing portfolio of accounts by renewing and re-signing business, uplifting rates, selling additional products and services, whilst increasing their usage/engagement, and enriches understanding of the benefits of our services to them and their organisation. You will also be expected to find and secure a pipeline of new business from other organisations within your allocated portfolio (allocated by location).

• Develop strong relationships from first contact, steering through contract discussions, onboarding and delivery
• Design a key account plan for high value and strategically important accounts
• See through retention strategies to sign customers up over the long-term and drive customer success
• Deliver engagement and demonstration sessions for customers, support with training, field incoming queries and nurture customers
• Add insight to product roadmaps with intelligence gathered from the market.
