Through close partnership working, we have continued to expand the Hub’s reach and push its boundaries to fundamentally change how you work with your partner agencies and families. Keen to continue this collaboration, and building on discussions in the recent user forum, we are holding a working group to discuss the EHC Plan Review pathway.

The review pathway in the Hub should make the process of managing, engaging with and contributing to an EHC Plan Review as efficient as possible for the benefit of the child or young person. As part of the group you’ll have opportunity to share your ideas for change, ideas collated from your partners, discuss the ideas of others and directly affect future improvements to the EHC Plan Review pathway.
