We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager who wants to work for a leading public sector software solutions provider, producing winning bids across a diverse range of software solutions.
A Bid Manager co-ordinates and produces high-quality, compliant responses to tender. They manage the lifecycle of bids in accordance with Idox’s bid procedures and processes, including identifying opportunities, assisting with the qualification of bids, building virtual teams to contribute content, highlighting and mitigating risks, populating responses, ensuring the bid complies with the Customer’s instructions and submitting on time.
The role also involves a significant amount of writing and reviewing. This is a highly networked and varied job which requires an ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple bids simultaneously, under pressure and to challenging deadlines. To do this, you’ll liaise closely with Idox Sales, Operations, Development and Support teams at all levels. Occasional out of business hours working may be required.
The Field Engineer will be based in a depot in the Bristol/Bath area and will be responsible for the delivery of engineering and maintenance services across the Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire areas.

The Corporate IT Support team exist to provide the first point of contact for all internal IT support queries for Idox Group staff. We are looking for three talented, hands-on IT support specialists to join our team, with a view to further developing a career in IT Support. You will need an aptitude for problem solving, be able to quickly get to the root of a problem, and either resolve it or escalate to a specialist.
The role involves keeping a record of all incoming support requests, ensuring all key information is logged accurately before dealing with or assigning the request. You’ll be expected to progress queries and keep the customer informed until each request has been satisfactorily resolved. We would like the post-holder to arrive with an innate ability to provide ‘hands-on’ support, and ideally have some experience of a busy customer help-desk environment. You will be able to effectively manage your own work load, to develop your own unique responsibilities but be expected to assist and learn from the other members of the Corporate IT Support team with problem resolution.

This is a role for an experienced sales executive, able to take responsibility for the generation of new business leads, identifying new business opportunities from new enquiries, prospect lists and fresh research. We are looking for an ambitious professional able to take responsibility for finding and winning new clients, from first lead to on-boarding customers for the first time. Key to the role will be ability to initiate prospect communication through “cold calling” and respond to sales enquiries, as well as finding new opportunities to present CAFM to new audiences with a facilities challenge.
