North Norfolk benefits from IDOX corporate solution

North Norfolk District Council have recently gone live with a corporate solution using IDOX's Plantech back-office information management system replacing their in house systems.

The eight IDOX modules successfully implemented include a fully automated Land Charges system, Development Control, Building Control, Enforcements, Tree Register and Works to Trees, Historic Environment Register, the Land and Property Gazetteer and Street Naming and Numbering.

The project covered new territory in more ways than one as it was the first IDOX Plantech implementation in Norfolk, and involved bespoke integration for their Land Charges and Building Control systems.

In addition IDOX's performance management solution (IDOX Enterprise) and associated products are helping the Council to improve their integration, monitoring and workflow, so that departments can set and meet targets with greater efficiency.
