Dover District Council opts for Idox Estate Management

Dover District Council has selected the Idox Estate Management solution to help transform the manner in which council owned property asset information is managed.
The system manages the complete lifecycle of land and property asset portfolios including acquisition, disposal, property ownership and valuations, tracks leases and assignments, as well managing work orders and maintenance. In addition, the new system will be integrated with Idox Document Management System (DMS).
Finally, Idox Enterprise will be implemented to support council officers in monitoring and balancing staff workload, enabling a consistent approach to service delivery and ensuring that renewals and other deadlines are met.
