The role of the Project Manager is to maximise predictable revenues by planning, executing, and finalising customer delivery projects according to deadlines and budgets. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. In conjunction with the customer, the Project Manager will also agree the project’s scope and objectives, and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

The role of Contract & Bid Manager is responsible for leading the Idox approach to drafting, tracking and management of commercial contracts for both supply and procurement of services, risk assessment and compliance throughout Idox. The post holder will also lead & coordinate the efforts of our experienced Bid Team.

Idox delivers software and services to the public and private sectors from planning & environmental services, to transport and engineering information management systems. This is a varied role working with sector experts and innovators to support future solution offerings that set us apart from the competition.

The post holder will work closely with business leaders in sales, finance and legal services, having a responsibility for ensuring that each contract is well drafted and appropriate to the transaction and services agreed between Idox and our counterparties.

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and successful Business Development Manager who can play a key role in growing our portfolio of European University, and other research-active organisation, accounts. In particular we are seeking a bilingual or multi-lingual individual (with English as one of those languages) with a proven track record of delivering new business within the sectors we service.

The role will include full sales cycles of activity, undertaking initial background research and prospecting, meeting prospective clients and working with clients consultatively to close sales and build long-term client accounts. You’ll be joining an ambitious business, with an international outlook and will be expected to build growth with business customers based on a combination of new business and ongoing account management of the contracts you secure.

Facility managers face a complex set of challenges from compliance, with statutory obligations, to the need for maximum asset utilization, controlling costs and streamlining supply. CAFM Explorer provides powerful tools to track, retrieve, analyse and report on all aspects of working life within a facility or portfolio of facilities.

As a Product Specialist you will come to know every detail about a given product or product set. You will be involved in the entire product life cycle - from conception through design and build and release, and on to sales and maintenance. You will work across the business with Sales, Development, Support and Delivery teams, and with a cross section of the customer base, to achieve this goal.

The Field Engineer will be based in a depot in the Bristol/Bath area and will be responsible for the delivery of engineering and maintenance services across the Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire areas.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy and will suit a self-starter wanting responsibility including liaising directly with customers and being empowered to solve problems, create and change processes for the good of the business.

Of paramount importance will be the adherence to, and the management of H&S requirements across the depot, the team and the engineering works done from there.

As well as normal working hours, a rota will be in place for emergency out of hours cover and the post holder will be expected to participate in this.
